Call for Proposals: Third-Party Due Diligence Assessment of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Development Trust (ZADT)

The Embassy of Switzerland in Zimbabwe invites qualified consultants and consulting firms based in Zimbabwe to submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive Third-Party Due Diligence (TP-DD) assessment of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Development Trust (ZADT). The assignment will assess governance and management systems, lending policies and processes, organizational capacity, track record in managing financial instruments, long-term financial sustainability, and KYC/integrity standards. Consultants should demonstrate strong experience in institutional due diligence, financial sector assessments, governance reviews, risk management and development finance.

Interested consultants/firms are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference no later than 14 August 2026. The assignment is expected to be completed within a maximum of 20 person-days. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
